Two kinds of information end up with Fortify 24x7. One kind you hand over at the counter when you buy something. The other kind is thrown off by the plant once it is switched on. This page walks through both, lever family by lever family, and it names the outside firms that touch any of it.
Register entry: 29 August 2026Fortify 24x7 trades here under the ServiceShield IT name, and settles how anything arriving through these pages is treated, plus whatever the levers you buy throw off once they are working. Take each we written below to mean Fortify 24x7.
Queries about a word of this reach a person at support@serviceshieldit.com.
Not much, and on purpose. No advertising pixels sit here. No picture of your visit gets assembled. No marketing script borrowed from a third party runs on any of these pages.
Checkout is Stripe's, not ours. Long number, expiry date and the code printed on the back all get typed onto a page of Stripe's. Not one of the three travels to this site, gets shown to anybody here, or is written down in anything we run.
What comes back is the least an account can be worked on. An address that reaches you. Your trading name. The levers, with a count against each. A flag saying whether the subscription is in good order. Then two references Stripe keeps, covering the customer and the subscription in turn.
Levers get worked on your behalf. Whatever the enrolled kit gives off therefore comes past our desk, and how much that amounts to depends entirely on which levers you pulled.
The lot is handled on your say-so, for the purpose of running what you bought. It feeds no purpose of ours. Selling any part of it is not a thing that happens, was ever contemplated, or gets revisited when the trade changes fashion.
Enter a notice, whether through the register or by writing in, and the subject line, the description, whatever our engineers append and any attachment ride together inside the system our desk runs on. A problem and its history stay in one place that way.
Any managed service leans on platforms belonging to other firms. Each such firm processes data on our instruction, under contract. The roll is printed below, so that the notice each one publishes can be looked up directly.
Past that roll, nothing leaves unless a law obliges us. Personal information does not get traded, and it is handed to nobody so that advertising can follow a person about.
Anything attached to your account or your billing stays while the subscription lives, and afterwards for whatever period tax rules and ordinary bookkeeping practice call for. Security telemetry keeps to the retention written on the block section of the lever that produced it, or to whatever got agreed during scoping. Copies follow the policy you picked.
Closing an account gets talked through rather than clicked. Tell us, and you will have it in writing: the list of what goes, with a date beside it. Destruction is not equally quick on every platform, so the answer handed to you fits how yours is set up rather than sounding soothing.
Where you live decides a good deal of this. Being shown what is held on you, having it put right, having it removed, or objecting to one use in particular may all be open to you. Ask, and the two of us go through it together. Asking costs nothing and counts against you not at all.
Where material is handled as a processor on behalf of a business customer, anybody employed by that business goes to their own employer first. Answering is that employer's job, and we help them do it.
An engineer gets into a customer environment where the work calls for it, and stays out where it does not. Signing in on our side asks for a good deal more than a password. Whatever an engineer does within a customer tenant lands in a log. Treat all of that as an account of practice and never as a promise that nothing can go wrong, because the firm making the second promise is selling you something.
Anything material shifts the register entry date shown above. Where a change reaches back to what you handed over earlier, account holders are written to rather than left to notice for themselves.
